Jeffrey Battin, Chairman & Founder

Chairman and Founder of Communifax® Corporation, Jeffrey is the strategic mind leading the Communifax team down the right path. His active role with our clients has enabled him to be instrumental in business development initiatives to broaden the company's services, industry base, and to expand current client relationships. Jeffrey’s educated "hunches" have paid off and the company, thriving amid negative economic conditions, is poised to become a leader in technology marketing solutions. Jeff prides himself not only on his own leadership skills but on those of the team that surrounds him. When Jeffrey started the company in 1988, he never dreamed it would grow to where it is today. "Communifax has never been more prepared to serve our clients' needs than we are today."

Communifax was formed when Jeffrey realized that his value-added mindset, combined with an entrepreneurial approach to problem solving, could lead the company to succeed in the highly competitive business of print brokerage. After several years of successful growth, he realized that the future of Communifax should be in a new direction: direct marketing. It would be where the company's strategic skills could be maximized for growth and customer value. The migration from print management to direct mail paid off and by 1992 Communifax was listed by Inc Magazine as one of America's 500 fastest growing companies.

Jeffrey started his career as a Sales Executive with a nationally renowned business forms and direct mail printing manufacturer, Wallace Computer Services. Wallace's excellent sales training program would leave a lasting impression and teach him the value of learning complex customer business systems before creating ideas…taking the customer centric approach. After six highly successful years in sales and a sincere desire to become an entrepreneur, Jeffrey decided to risk his future to live his dream.

Jeffrey graduated from Clarion State University in Western Pennsylvania.
