Berni Thomas, Vice President of Human Resources & Administrative Services

As Vice President of Human Resources & Administrative Services, Berni's responsibilities have grown over the years to include areas of finance, employee recruitment, selection and retention, employee benefit programs, and serving on the executive management team.

Berni originally joined Communifax® in 1996 as a Staff Accountant. Prior to coming to Communifax, she was employed in a senior administrative role with Hay Management Consultants, Pittsburgh, PA, and as an Allied Staff Coordinator for Green Oaks Psychiatric Hospital, Dallas, TX.

Berni studied psychology at the University of Pittsburgh and received a degree in computer and financial management at ICM School of Business. Additionally, she became PHR certified in December 2001.
