Michael Jeffrey, Vice President of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer
Michael has joined Communifax as the Vice President of Information Technology/Chief Information Officer and serves as a member of the Executive Management team. He provides leadership and oversight of all technology strategies and direction within the IT department, instituting processes and standards for the development of Web-based applications and CRM-related data warehousing. In coordination with client services he creates product marketing and product development plans. Michael is also responsible for allocating the appropriate resources to Batpack, the sister company of Communifax, for video/flash development and department-related business strategies.
Before coming to Communifax, Michael worked as Chief Technology Officer at New Perspective Productions where he founded the Interactive Branch. He managed the development team, specializing in Web site, CD-ROM and DVD design and production. Michael was also responsible for the development of the IT infrastructure where he managed and maintained a support staff, video production systems, internal business systems and client hosting services. Prior to earning his title at New Perspective, Michael worked as Director of Multimedia Services.
Michael holds a Master of Business Administration where he concentrated in International Business from Duquesne University. He also earned a Master of Science degree from Duquesne University in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Northwestern University.
