Michelle Hicks, Vice President of Marketing/ Account Strategy

Michelle leads the marketing team and helps drive and execute Communifax’s strategic direction. She developed and built a foundation for business development, marketing and partner relationships for Communifax.

Michelle joined Communifax in 2003 as the Director of Marketing & Business Development. Michelle’s guidance and creativity has led to many new and important business partnerships. She serves as an account supervisor and mentor on marquee accounts. Michelle continues to lead Communifax’s growth and advancement from a strategic sales and marketing perspective, in addition to managing the marketing department.

Michelle’s professional career has been devoted to client service, business development and marketing. Prior to joining Communifax, Michelle was the Director of Client Services with IMPAQT, a search engine marketing firm. Before her experience at IMPAQT, she was a Product Manager with Management Science Associates, and a District Manager for ServiceWare, now KNOVA Software, in Pittsburgh, PA.

Michelle holds her Master’s of Business Administration from Robert Morris University and Bachelor’s of Science from Duquesne University’s School of Business.
